Thesen des Zentralkomitees der Kommunistischen Partei Deutschlands für den XXXII. Parteitag am 25. Mai 2024
Auf der Grundlage unseres Statuts wurde der XXXII. Parteitag zum 25. Mai 2024 in Berlin einberufen.
Auf diesem Parteitag wurden die Thesen für die weitere politisch - ideologische Arbeit beschlossen.
I. Unser Programm, daß auf dem XXV. Parteitag unserer Partei am 21. April 2007 beschlossen wurde, ist auch weiterhin grundlegend richtungsweisend für die politische Arbeit. Da die gesellschaftlichen Verhältnisse sich rasant entwickelt haben, ist aber eine Überarbeitung einzelner Passagen notwendig.
II. Die derzeitige politische Situation in Deutschland und der Welt verlangt von uns einen klaren und eindeutigen Klassenstandpunkt, der auf der Grundlage des Marxismus/Leninismus basiert. Um diesen Kampf zu bestehen, muß eine ständige wissenschaftliche Auseinandersetzung mit dem Revisionismus in all seinen Erscheinungsformen erfolgen. Das betrifft den ständigen Kampf gegen Angriffe des Revisionismus von außen gegen unsere Partei, aber wir dürfen auch nicht zulassen, daß er sich in unsrer Partei ausbreitet. Deshalb erfordert auch der Kampf gegen den Antistalinismus unser aller Engagement. Der Kampf gegen den Antistalinismus ist deshalb erforderlich, weil uns durch ihn unsere theoretischen Grundlagen entzogen werden sollen.
Der Charakter unserer Geschichtsepoche vom Übergang des Kapitalismus zum Sozialismus wird nach der Jahrhundertkatastrophe der Konterrevolution in Europa zur Zeit vom Handeln des Imperialismus bestimmt. Die führenden imperialistischen Blöcke, allen voran NATO und BRICS, nehmen auf die Politik und Wirtschaft kleinerer Staaten großen Einfluß, was die Bourgeoisie dieser Staaten dazu zwingt, eigenen Bestrebungen nach Expansion nachzugeben. Die damit verbundene imperialistische Konkurrenzsituation, in der es um Rohstoffe und Absatzmärkte geht, verschärft sowohl die Widersprüche als auch die Kriegsgefahr zu Lasten der Arbeiterklasse und vermindert somit jeden sozialen Fortschritt.
Die innerimperialistischen Widersprüche haben sich dermaßen verschärft, daß lokale und regionale Kriege das Geschehen weltweit beherrschen. Somit ist die Gefahr eines dritten Weltkrieges allgegenwärtig. Der deutsche Imperialismus setzt verstärkt auf Militarisierung und auf dieEinschwörung des ganzen Volkes auf diesen Krieg. Im Bündnis mit den USA und der NATO wurden Rußland und China als Feinde ausgewiesen. Auf der ideologischen Ebene soll dieses Gedankengut in der Bevölkerung verwurzelt werden.
III. Diese Entwicklung erfordert eine ständige Auseinandersetzung mit der imperialistischen Politik Deutschlands und die Festigung parteilicher Positionen zu Fragen der nationalen und internationalen Politik. Dabei dürfen persönliche Meinungen und revisionistisches Gedankengut keinen Einfluß auf die Politik der Partei haben. Die Verhinderung eines dritten Weltkrieges muß der Hauptinhalt unserer politischen Arbeit sein. Dabei gilt: Der deutsche Imperialismus ist der Hauptfeind im Ringen um Frieden und sozialen Fortschritt.
Bei der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen kommunistischen Partei und Organisationen machen die Differenzen über die Analyse der aktuellen Situation des Imperialismus ebenso Probleme wie der oftmals reine Pazifismus der Friedensbewegung. Wir müssen hierbei unser marxistisches Gedankengut in den Vordergrund stellen, ohne uns sektiererisch zu verhalten. Bündnisse, also über das tagespolitische Geschehen hinausgehende, längerfristige Zusammenarbeit mit anderen gesellschaftlichen Kräften oder Parteien, die in der konkreten Angelegenheit das gleiche Ziel verfolgen, sind notwendig.Wir dürfen in solchen Bündnissen aber niemals auf die marxistisch-leninistische Propaganda verzichten, denn das würde die Tür für den Opportunismus öffnen. Ebenso verhält es sich mit der Aktionseinheit, also einem kurzzeitigen Zusammengehen mit anderen Kräften zur Durchsetzung tagesaktueller Forderungen.
Die Beschlüsse des Parteitages bestimmen die zukünftige politische Entwicklung unserer Partei. Unser Ziel ist eine einheitliche kommunistische Partei in Deutschland, die auf der Grundlage des Marxismus/Leninismus steht.
IV. Parallel zur Vorbereitung unseres Parteitages finden ebenfalls die Vorbereitungen zur Teilnahme der KPD an den Landtagswahlen in Sachsen statt. Die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit dazu ist auf das Erreichen unseres Zieles zur entsprechenden Sammlung von Unterschriften gerichtet. Dabei soll die Publizität der Partei erhöht werden. Neue Mitglieder sollen den Weg zu uns finden.
V. Die vor uns stehenden Aufgaben erfordern von jedem Genossen seinen persönlichen Einsatz. Das Denken und Handeln muß auf die Stärkung der Partei gerichtet sein. Dafür bedarf es von jedem Standhaftigkeit, Mut und ein hohes Maß an politischem Wissen. Das sich hervorheben und persönliche Meinungen schaden dem Gesamtinteresse. Die Erkenntnisse von Marx, Engels, Lenin und Stalin sind richtungsweisend, um die politischen Ereignisse unserer Zeit zu analysieren und die richtigen Schlußfolgerungen daraus zu ziehen.
VI. Das gemeinsam mit offen-siv durchgeführte Fernstudium zum Erlernen der Grundlagen des Marxismus/Leninismus ist eine stabile Form der Verbreitung unserer wissenschaftlichen Weltanschauung. Nicht nur für junge Menschen ist diese Form der Bildung notwendig. Ältere Genossen können ihr Wissen auffrischen und zu neuen Erkenntnissen gelangen. In den Landesorganisationen muß darauf hin gearbeitet werden, daß alle Kandidaten und neuen Mitgliedern unserer Partei an diesem Studium teilnehmen. Für ältere Genossen ist das Studium eine Form der innerparteilichen Weiterbildung.
VII. Grundsätzlich kommt es darauf an, unseren Klassenstandpunkt unbeirrt zu vertreten. Die KPD ist innerhalb der kommunistischen Bewegung eine Partei, die in Deutschland diesen Weg kompromißlos geht. Unser Ziel ist die Abschaffung des Privateigentums an den Produktionsmitteln, also des Kapitalismus, die Überführung der Produktionsmittel in den Besitz der Arbeiterklasse, damit der Gesamtgesellschaft, und die Produktion nach einem gemeinschaftlich aufgestellten Plan. Die Bekämpfung einzelner sozialer Ungerechtigkeiten oder die Forderungen nach mehr Demokratie und Gerechtigkeit können dieses Ziel niemals ersetzen. Denn unser Ziel bleibt nicht bei einer kleinen Reform stehen, unser Ziel ist der Kommunismus. Und unsere Losung heißt: „Die KPD lebt“.

Theses of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Germany for the XXXII Party Congress on 25 May 2024
On the basis of our statutes, the XXXII Party Congress was convened in Berlin on 25 May 2024.
At this party congress, the theses for further political and ideological work were adopted.
I. Our programme, which was adopted at the XXV Party Congress of our party on 21 April 2007, continues to be a fundamental guideline for our political work. However, as social conditions have developed rapidly, it is necessary to revise individual passages.
II. The current political situation in Germany and the world requires us to adopt a clear and unambiguous class standpoint based on Marxism/Leninism. In order to survive this struggle, there must be a constant scientific confrontation with revisionism in all its manifestations. This concerns the constant struggle against attacks by revisionism from outside against our party, but we must also not allow it to spread within our party. Therefore, the struggle against anti-Stalinism also requires the commitment of all of us. The fight against anti-Stalinism is necessary because it is intended to deprive us of our theoretical foundations.
The character of our historical epoch from the transition from capitalism to socialism is currently determined by the actions of imperialism after the catastrophe of the century of counter-revolution in Europe. The leading imperialist blocs, above all NATO and BRICS, exert great influence on the politics and economy of smaller states, forcing the bourgeoisie of these states to give in to their own endeavours to expand. The associated imperialist competition for raw materials and markets exacerbates both the contradictions and the threat of war to the detriment of the working class and thus reduces any social progress.
The intra-imperialist contradictions have intensified to such an extent that local and regional wars dominate events worldwide. Thus the danger of a third world war is omnipresent. German imperialism is increasingly relying on militarisation and on swearing the entire nation into this war. In the alliance with the USA and NATO, Russia and China have been labelled as enemies. On the ideological level, this mindset is to be rooted in the population.
III. This development requires a constant confrontation with Germany's imperialist policy and the consolidation of partisan positions on questions of national and international politics. Personal opinions and revisionist ideas must not be allowed to influence the party's policies. The prevention of a third world war must be the main focus of our political work. The following applies: German imperialism is the main enemy in the struggle for peace and social progress.
When cooperating with other communist parties and organisations, the differences over the analysis of the current situation of imperialism cause problems, as does the often pure pacifism of the peace movement. We must emphasise our Marxist ideas without behaving in a sectarian manner. Alliances, i.e. longer-term co-operation with other social forces or parties that pursue the same goal in the concrete matter, are necessary, but we must never dispense with Marxist-Leninist propaganda in such alliances, as this would open the door to opportunism. The same applies to unity of action, i.e. a short-term alliance with other forces to realise current demands.
The resolutions of the party congress determine the future political development of our party. Our goal is a unified communist party in Germany based on Marxism/Leninism.
IV. Preparations for the KPD's participation in the state parliamentary elections in Saxony are also taking place in parallel with the preparations for our party conference. The public relations work is focussed on achieving our goal of collecting signatures. The aim is to increase the party's publicity. New members should find their way to us.
V. The tasks facing us require the personal commitment of every comrade. Thought and action must be directed towards strengthening the party. This requires steadfastness, courage and a high level of political knowledge from everyone. Self-promotion and personal opinions are detrimental to the overall interest. The insights of Marx, Engels, Lenin and Stalin point the way to analysing the political events of our time and drawing the right conclusions from them.
VI. The distance learning programme for learning the basics of Marxism/Leninism, which is run jointly with offen-siv, is a stable form of disseminating our scientific world view. This form of education is not only necessary for young people. Older comrades can refresh their knowledge and gain new insights. The national organisations must work to ensure that all candidates and new members of our party take part in these studies. For older comrades, studying is a form of further training within the party.
VII. It is fundamentally important to defend our class standpoint unwaveringly. Within the communist movement, the KPD is a party that is uncompromisingly pursuing this path in Germany. Our goal is the abolition of private ownership of the means of production, i.e. capitalism, the transfer of the means of production into the ownership of the working class, and thus of society as a whole, and production according to a collectively drawn up plan. The fight against individual social injustices or demands for more democracy and justice can never replace this goal. Because our goal does not stop at a small reform, our goal is communism. And our slogan is: ‘The KPD lives’.

На основании нашего устава 25 мая 2024 года в Берлине был созван XXXII съезд партии.
На этом партийном съезде были приняты тезисы для дальнейшей политической и идеологической работы.
I. Наша программа, принятая на XXV съезде партии 21 апреля 2007 года, продолжает оставаться основополагающим ориентиром для нашей политической работы. Однако в связи с быстрым развитием социальных условий необходимо пересмотреть отдельные пункты.
II. Современная политическая ситуация в Германии и в мире требует от нас четкой и однозначной классовой позиции, основанной на марксизме/ленинизме. Чтобы выстоять в этой борьбе, необходимо вести постоянную научную конфронтацию с ревизионизмом во всех его проявлениях. Это касается постоянной борьбы с атаками ревизионизма извне на нашу партию, но мы также не должны позволить ему распространиться внутри нашей партии. Поэтому борьба с антисталинизмом также требует от всех нас самоотдачи. Борьба с антисталинизмом необходима, потому что он стремится лишить нас наших теоретических основ.
Характер нашей исторической эпохи перехода от капитализма к социализму в настоящее время определяется действиями империализма после катастрофы века контрреволюции в Европе. Ведущие империалистические блоки, прежде всего НАТО и БРИКС, оказывают огромное влияние на политику и экономику малых государств, вынуждая буржуазию этих государств уступать собственным стремлениям к экспансии. Связанная с этим империалистическая конкуренция за сырье и рынки обостряет как противоречия, так и угрозу войны в ущерб рабочему классу и, таким образом, сводит на нет любой социальный прогресс.
Внутриимпериалистические противоречия обострились до такой степени, что локальные и региональные войны доминируют над событиями во всем мире. Таким образом, опасность третьей мировой войны вездесуща. Германский империализм все больше делает ставку на милитаризацию и вовлечение в эту войну всего народа. В союзе с США и НАТО Россия и Китай обозначены как враги. На идеологическом уровне этот образ мышления должен укорениться среди населения.
III. Это развитие требует постоянной конфронтации с империалистической политикой Германии и укрепления партийных позиций по вопросам национальной и международной политики. Нельзя допускать, чтобы личные мнения и ревизионистские идеи влияли на политику партии. Предотвращение третьей мировой войны должно быть главным направлением нашей политической работы. Германский империализм - главный враг в борьбе за мир и социальный прогресс.
При сотрудничестве с другими коммунистическими партиями и организациями возникают проблемы из-за различий в анализе современного положения империализма, а также из-за часто чистого пацифизма движения за мир. Мы должны подчеркивать наши марксистские идеи, не ведя себя сектантски. Альянсы, то есть долгосрочное сотрудничество с другими общественными силами или партиями, которые преследуют ту же цель в конкретном вопросе, необходимы, но мы никогда не должны отказываться от марксистско-ленинской пропаганды в таких союзах, так как это открыло бы дверь оппортунизму. То же самое относится и к единству действий, то есть к краткосрочному союзу с другими силами для реализации текущих требований.
Резолюции съезда партии определяют будущее политическое развитие нашей партии. Наша цель - единая коммунистическая партия Германии, основанная на марксизме/ленинизме.
IV. Параллельно с подготовкой к партийной конференции идет подготовка к участию КПД в парламентских выборах в Саксонии. Работа с общественностью сосредоточена на достижении нашей цели - сборе подписей. Цель - повысить известность партии. Новые члены должны найти дорогу к нам.
V. Стоящие перед нами задачи требуют личной самоотдачи каждого товарища. Мысли и действия должны быть направлены на укрепление партии. Это требует от каждого стойкости, мужества и высокого уровня политических знаний. Самореклама и личные мнения наносят ущерб общим интересам. Прозрения Маркса, Энгельса, Ленина и Сталина указывают путь к анализу политических событий нашего времени и к правильным выводам из них.
VI. Программа дистанционного обучения основам марксизма/ленинизма, проводимая совместно с offen-siv, является стабильной формой распространения нашего научного мировоззрения. Эта форма обучения необходима не только для молодежи. Пожилые товарищи могут освежить свои знания и получить новые знания. Национальные организации должны работать над тем, чтобы все кандидаты и новые члены нашей партии принимали участие в этих занятиях. Для старших товарищей учеба - это форма повышения квалификации в партии.
VII. Принципиально важно непоколебимо отстаивать нашу классовую позицию. В рамках коммунистического движения КПД является партией, которая бескомпромиссно идет по этому пути в Германии. Наша цель - отмена частной собственности на средства производства, то есть капитализма, переход средств производства в собственность рабочего класса, а значит, и всего общества, и производство по коллективно составленному плану. Борьба против отдельных социальных несправедливостей или требования большей демократии и справедливости никогда не смогут заменить эту цель. Потому что наша цель не останавливается на малых реформах, наша цель - коммунизм. И наш лозунг: «КПД живет».

Sobre la base de nuestros estatutos, el XXXII Congreso del Partido fue convocado en Berlín el 25 de mayo de 2024.
En este congreso del partido se aprobaron las tesis para el futuro trabajo político e ideológico.
I. Nuestro programa, aprobado en el XXV Congreso de nuestro partido el 21 de abril de 2007, sigue siendo una directriz fundamental para nuestro trabajo político. Sin embargo, dado que las condiciones sociales han evolucionado rápidamente, es necesario revisar algunos pasajes.
II. La situación política actual en Alemania y en el mundo nos exige adoptar un punto de vista de clase claro e inequívoco basado en el marxismo/leninismo. Para sobrevivir a esta lucha, debe haber una confrontación científica constante con el revisionismo en todas sus manifestaciones. Esto se refiere a la lucha constante contra los ataques del revisionismo desde el exterior contra nuestro partido, pero tampoco debemos permitir que se extienda dentro de nuestro partido. Por lo tanto, la lucha contra el antiestalinismo requiere también el compromiso de todos nosotros. La lucha contra el antiestalinismo es necesaria porque pretende privarnos de nuestros fundamentos teóricos.
El carácter de nuestra época histórica de transición del capitalismo al socialismo está determinado actualmente por las acciones del imperialismo tras la catástrofe del siglo de la contrarrevolución en Europa. Los principales bloques imperialistas, sobre todo la OTAN y los BRICS, ejercen una gran influencia en la política y la economía de los Estados más pequeños, obligando a la burguesía de estos Estados a ceder en sus propios esfuerzos de expansión. La competencia imperialista asociada por las materias primas y los mercados exacerba tanto las contradicciones como la amenaza de guerra en detrimento de la clase obrera y reduce así cualquier progreso social.
Las contradicciones intraimperialistas se han intensificado hasta tal punto que las guerras locales y regionales dominan los acontecimientos en todo el mundo. Así, el peligro de una tercera guerra mundial es omnipresente. El imperialismo alemán apuesta cada vez más por la militarización y por juramentar a toda la nación en esta guerra. En la alianza con EEUU y la OTAN, Rusia y China han sido etiquetados como enemigos. En el plano ideológico, esta mentalidad debe arraigar en la población.
III. Esta evolución exige una confrontación constante con la política imperialista de Alemania y la consolidación de las posiciones partidistas en cuestiones de política nacional e internacional. Las opiniones personales y las ideas revisionistas no deben influir en la política del partido. La prevención de una tercera guerra mundial debe ser el objetivo principal de nuestro trabajo político. El imperialismo alemán es el principal enemigo en la lucha por la paz y el progreso social.
En la cooperación con otros partidos y organizaciones comunistas, las diferencias sobre el análisis de la situación actual del imperialismo causan problemas, al igual que el pacifismo, a menudo puro, del movimiento pacifista. Debemos hacer hincapié en nuestras ideas marxistas sin comportarnos de forma sectaria. Las alianzas, es decir, la cooperación a largo plazo con otras fuerzas sociales o partidos que persiguen el mismo objetivo en la cuestión concreta, son necesarias, pero nunca debemos prescindir de la propaganda marxista-leninista en dichas alianzas, ya que esto abriría la puerta al oportunismo. Lo mismo se aplica a la unidad de acción, es decir, a la alianza a corto plazo con otras fuerzas para realizar las reivindicaciones actuales.
Las resoluciones del congreso del partido determinan el futuro desarrollo político de nuestro partido. Nuestro objetivo es un partido comunista unificado en Alemania basado en el marxismo/leninismo.
IV. Los preparativos para la participación del KPD en las elecciones parlamentarias de Sajonia se llevan a cabo paralelamente a los preparativos de nuestro congreso del partido. El trabajo de relaciones públicas se centra en lograr nuestro objetivo de recogida de firmas. El objetivo es aumentar la publicidad del partido. Los nuevos afiliados deben encontrar el camino hacia nosotros.
V. Las tareas a las que nos enfrentamos exigen el compromiso personal de cada camarada. El pensamiento y la acción deben orientarse hacia el fortalecimiento del partido. Esto exige de todos constancia, valor y un alto nivel de conocimientos políticos. La autopromoción y las opiniones personales son perjudiciales para el interés general. Las ideas de Marx, Engels, Lenin y Stalin señalan el camino para analizar los acontecimientos políticos de nuestro tiempo y sacar de ellos las conclusiones correctas.
VI. el programa de educación a distancia para el aprendizaje de los fundamentos del marxismo/leninismo, que se lleva a cabo conjuntamente con offen-siv, es una forma estable de difundir nuestra visión científica del mundo. Esta forma de educación no sólo es necesaria para los jóvenes. Los camaradas de más edad pueden refrescar sus conocimientos y adquirir nuevas perspectivas. Las organizaciones nacionales deben trabajar para que todos los candidatos y nuevos miembros de nuestro partido participen en estos estudios. Para los camaradas de más edad, el estudio es una forma de formación continua dentro del partido.
VII. Es fundamental defender sin fisuras nuestro punto de vista de clase. Dentro del movimiento comunista, el KPD es un partido que sigue sin concesiones este camino en Alemania. Nuestro objetivo es la abolición de la propiedad privada de los medios de producción, es decir, del capitalismo, la transferencia de los medios de producción a la propiedad de la clase obrera y, por tanto, de la sociedad en su conjunto, y la producción según un plan elaborado colectivamente. La lucha contra las injusticias sociales individuales o las reivindicaciones de más democracia y justicia nunca podrán sustituir este objetivo. Porque nuestro objetivo no se detiene en una pequeña reforma, nuestro objetivo es el comunismo. Y nuestro lema es: «El KPD vive».
